With over two decades leading organizational transformation in complex sectors like Israel’s judiciary, healthcare, and defense—including founding and directing the OD Division of the Israeli Judiciary—
I blend practical leadership with academic rigor and a profound passion for social impact.
My PhD research specifically focuses on Perceived Organizational Publicness (PPS) and how organizations can strategically leverage their public character as a distinct advantage. As a lecturer and published scholar, I bridge theory and practice, developing evidence-based solutions and a unique language that empowers organizations to adapt, innovate, and achieve truly meaningful, sustainable results.
